All NIKKS CREATIONS apps are available on the Samsung Galaxy Store. Search the app name on your Galaxy device.
Use the form above with subject "App Support" and include your device model, app version, and a description of the issue. Screenshots help.
Subscriptions are billed by Samsung. Open Galaxy Store → Menu → My Apps → Subscriptions to manage or cancel.
Most of our apps include an in-app account deletion option in the Settings screen. If you can't find it, email us and we'll process the request manually.
